Primeur is the Turkish representative of the French “Beaujolais Nouveau” which is available on the world market on the third thursday of november. Kavaklıdere has shared this worldwide tradition with Turkish wine lovers every year since 1988. Primeur white which is intensely aromatic, fresh and well-balanced white wine is produced from Sultana grapes from the Aegean region.
It is best when served at 6 - 8° C. It can be consumed as an aperitif. Besides, it matches perfectly with cold appetizers, fresh cheeses, fish and chicken grills.
