Ancyra Muscat reveals the distinctive aromatic character of the grape and this wine is intensely flavoured, well-balanced and round on the palate. It is best when served at 7-8° C and it perfectly matches with salmon carpaccio, roasted duck with orange, Chinese chicken, and shellfishes and sushi.
